Clear processes for reporting and resolving any issue with an errand.
Receipts and, where practical, photo confirmation so you always know what happened.

Secure payments & data

Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors; we don't store full card numbers.
Encryption in transit (TLS) for information you submit through the Site.
Access to your information is limited to what's needed to complete your errand and support you.
Edge protection and DDoS mitigation through providers such as Cloudflare.

Safe handling of sensitive errands

Prescriptions are collected only when ready and in line with the pharmacy's authorization requirements, then handled discreetly.
We do not accept errands involving illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, or anything that endangers our runners or community.
Special care and clear communication for errands supporting seniors and families.

Runner safety

Our runners are part of the community we serve. We provide guidance for safe pickups and drop-offs, support during active errands, and a direct line to our team if something doesn't feel right. Runners can decline any errand they're not comfortable with.
